Occidental Tucancun Hotel, Cancun

I had a fantastic time at the hotel, which boasts beautiful ocean views and an exceptional beach right on its doorstep. The staff truly made my experience memorable with their excellent service, and I enjoyed the spacious, clean room. However, the food was hit or miss, with some meals lacking taste and variety. Overall, the amenities were great, and I appreciated being able to use them even after check-out.
